spltty keeps shared expenses in plain markdown tables under version control and owns the parts that must be exact: appending rows, resolving split groups, and computing who owes whom. `spltty install` scaffolds a whole workspace — accounts, sources and a generated CLAUDE.md — so an AI agent can do the transcription while the CLI does the arithmetic.
