A Jekyll plugin backed by the UniRate API (https://unirateapi.com). Fetches one exchange-rate snapshot at build time and exposes Liquid filters and tags to convert, format, and look up currency rates, with cross-rates derived on demand. Fails gracefully so an API blip never breaks the build.
